

Hello, I'm Erik.
For a long time, I thought bartending was interesting, but after my experience at EBS Kos, it has grown into a passion. Giving each and every customer an experience worth returning for is what I want to achieve with every drink.
Going beyond the four-week bartending course wasn't originally what I had planned to do, but while I was there, the Working Flair and Mixology courses offered caught my attention. Always wanting to be my best self and push myself, I signed up. The courses were interesting and it taught me not only how to be a better bartender in general, but also to incorporate elements of flair into my everyday work, as well as how to elevate the quality of my drinks with homemade products such as syrups and purées.
