Hello, I'm Isabel.

I am a hardworking and passionate recent high school and EBS Kos graduate, and my dream is to become a skilled bartender working to satisfy and provide a delicious experience for my customers.

I have always been a hard worker, I enjoy putting effort into the things that I care about because the yielding result is always better. At EBS Kos, I not only graduated from the four-week bartending course, but I decided to push myself further, and take the additional Working Flair course, which taught me how to incorporate flair into every drink I make, the Mixology course, which taught me how to prepare homemade syrups and purées which elevates the quality of my drinks, and finally, I am certified in the yellow grade in the World Flair Association. While I have no work experience behind a bar, I hope to continue bettering myself and my skills and pushing myself to become the great bartender I know I can be.
