I finished the hospitality hotelschool in Amsterdam. I finished the SDEn 1,2 and 3 and studied vinology in South africa for a half year. I love wines and special cocktails. I worked before in a michelin restaurant called Merlet as a waiter and assistant sommieler. . than I moved to Leeuwarden where i worked behind the bar by Post Plaza. After that I went to work at 7 tales in Dubai. For chef Jason Antherton. after that I went to do a MIT at Sheraton amsterdam. where I am currently working.
