Hi! I'm Paul, 25 years old, and recently completed a master's degree in hotels and tourism management. I am passionate about cocktails, and have experiences behind the bar and I wish to learn more about it and grow.
Talking about bar experiences, I used to work in a ****Hotel's rooftop cocktail bar, started as a bartender, then head bartender and bar and service supervisor for about 7 months. (That was in 2022) After that I work as an assistant manager in a Hotel in Cambodia, where I also used to be behind the bar sometimes. I just finished this contract now and already back in France.
