Hello, I'm Nicola.
I’m energetic and enthusiastic, but I can stay calm when things get heated and act calculatingly to find the optimal solution. I love learning new things and try to acquire as much knowledge as possible.
I have been a bartender at the Plaza Bar and Plaza Club in Zürich since August 2021, after graduating from the European Bartender School in London earlier that year. In April 2023, I successfully graduated from the Instructor Academy. Being an instructor for the European Bartender School combines two passions of mine, namely bartending and teaching, and gives me the chance to spread my love for the craft to people from around the globe. In 2023, I worked for three months as an instructor for EBS in Kos, Greece. In 2024 I went to Brcelona to work for EBS and teach the German Course for two months. With my love for knowledge, I constantly try to learn as much as possible to improve my skill set. This includes completing the advanced flair course in 2022 in London, taking part in the FlairCamp in 2023, and generally reading up on relevant information regarding the service industry and bartending in particular. At work, efficiency is one of my top priorities, as well as creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for the guests.
