Opening and closing of bar • Mise en place for bar • Preparation of cocktails according to guests’ choices and making sure to accommodate to their taste pallets • Receiving orders from the guests whilst being attentive and making sure about any allergens to avoid any mishaps • Maintaining the bar inventory • Working on the cash tills when necessary • Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in and behind the bar • Reporting to the manager at the end of day and working around what could be done better the next day to make work more efficient.
