I consider myself a hardworking and active person, who gives 100% to his work, trying to create a good atmosphere with colleagues, adapting the work area at all times and checking that the premises are always in the best conditions so that our customers they can live. a unique and incomparable experience at the bar where I am preparing our drinks and answering any questions that customers may have about our cocktails, our spirits and spirits references or any type of classic cocktail bar. I am a lover of the world of cocktails and everything that it encompasses, I am constantly studying and researching everything that has to do with the world of distillation and fermentation in order to continue developing new drinks, garnishes and concepts within modern and classic cocktails.
