My bakery-pastry studies having given me an artistic point of view of the finished products as well as solid bases of hygiene, associated with my studies of Modern Letters bringing me a cultural background can make me an important element within 'a company.Through this rich and varied journey, I was able to learn a lot of things; from hygiene to team management, including inventory management and close customer contact. In an environment that I like as much as that of the bar and the fact of having succeeded in making my passion my job, I am in the perspective of professional development.
