Hello, I'm Sebastian.

Heyo! I'm sebastian a funky, fresh, unique, young bartender and aspiring mixologist with a flair for flair and a love for the theatrical. I also cook thousands of litres of syrups and cordials so you could say I'm pretty sweet too.

I started my bartender career in 2018 at a bar called Picado Portuguese Taverna. There I learnt the basics of bartending and how to pour simple drinks and more importantly the art of how to deal with drunk people. What was expected of me was that I had to run the bar pouring drinks for all the customers, handle the money, take food orders from the customers, handle the slot machines and cashing up at the end of the night. My next job I moved to the One and Only Cape Town. There is where I discovered my love and talent for cocktail bartending and mixology. I was allowed to learn the basics and then explore flavors and create cocktails. Here I learned how to present myself in a 5 star establishment. What was expected of me here was that I had to setup and break down the bar, make cocktails for guests, create a cocktail menu for the restaurant, handle the stock orders, polish glasses and ensure guests had a memorable experience. In total I have 2 years of general bartending experience. I have also been involved with the theatre and film industry. I have worked in 13 different productions. I have done pretty much every job that goes into making a production run smoothly. I have also been an actor in a few film shoots and I'm in a webseries. My most recent job has been production manager at one of the fastest growing event companies in South Africa. I cook thousands of litres of syrups and cordials for all over South Africa. This is where I learnt how to flair aswell.
