Hello, my name is Jude, I’m 21 from london. I was describe myself as a creative bartender, some who loves to experiment with different ingredients, to create a amazing cocktail that might possibly use in a coktail competition.
The last job I had was a little scarlet door where I worked there for 9 months and had a lot of fun and learned a lot too. One important technique I learn was batching . Where I used to work I didn’t really use it . But I really enjoyed doing batches before service . Because it’s helped me understand what go’s in the cocktail.
