Friendly, punctual, agile, respectful, creative bartender, with a good presence, a good colleague, a good nose for distilled beverages and Scotch whiskey, very passionate about my work.
I have started in the world of cocktails from a very young age in my native country, Argentina, being my passion and dream to work in countries where the culture of cocktails abounds. At the age of 15, I started behind a bar with a simple espresso machine and a few cocktails, at which point I realized my love for what I did, since I enjoyed seeing the smiles of the customers when they tasted something made with my own hands as if he were a chef. I spent my next 2 years in high volume clubs and bars in my city where I was able to perform with agility and passion, but I never felt satisfied as it was not what I am looking for in my career. When I was 18 years old I managed to open a small pub with my parents, which I was in charge of interior and exterior design, personnel management, finance management, and the bar, in which I managed to carry a variety of unusual cocktails for what is the level of cocktails in Argentina. 2021 has arrived, a very special year for me in which I was able to recently graduate from EBS Madrid as a bartender, a course that I enjoy like nothing in my life, now I am looking for new experiences and great challenges, I am open to any job offer in the world of cocktails, I want to know even the most remote place of this wonderful continent, doing what I am most passionate about in this life, bartending, what I carry in my veins.
