Energetic and fast but calm bartender with interests to learn and tell anybody always more trivias about cocktails and spirits. Fine muscle memory, precision in free-pouring and, of course, punctuality. Previously worked in kitchen.
Knowledge of more than 60 cocktails, free-pouring (including three chase pour techniques to make cocktail building very fast), ability to make a Cuba libre and a Daiquiri in 40 seconds in a speed round. Yellow grade in WFA to make these two drinks with a little flair too.
