Hello, I'm Michele.
I’m Michele Giannetta, I’m 21 and I discovered bartending 6 years ago and I literally fell in love with that job. Teamwork, smile, fun, hard work and innovation are my lifestyle.
I’ve been doing this job for 6 years, I was very young when I started learning the basis of bartending. During that time I worked in different cocktail bars, where I learned an efficient work method, speed and quality, teamwork’s spirit, curiosity about creating particular drink, flair ( that I’m still learning) and client hospitality. I started from doing bar back mansion to be an head bartender in the last work place, where I was responsible of creating new drink lists, preparing drinks and also stock orders.
