Hello, I'm Cédric.

Meticulous, determined, smiling; I like a job well done and I do my best to satisfy the clients and the employer. As a good Belgian, I like specials beers, but also whisk(e)y, rum and others spirits as well as wine, tea and coffee.



I have been serving draft beer since the age of 16, during events and concerts that I co-organise. After 5 years in fast food, I became a bartender in 2016 at Warzone Liège Bar and in 2018 I did my first training in mixology at Ebs Paris to learn more, but my thirst for improvement pushed me to continue with the International Bartender course in 2020. On the strength of this experience, and because of the covid, I left the Warzone for the Van der valk Sélys 4 stars hotel for 2 months, before the Warzone made me a better offer following the relief of the covid measures. I have therefore been working at Warzone for 6 years, which is an establishment with 100 specials beers on the menu, dozens of whisk(e)y and rum, as well as cocktails, etc. The two-month experience at the hotel allowed me to prepare more complex cocktails and improve my knowledge of wines and spirits, but above all taught me the rigor of a 4-stars hotel.
