Curious, enthusiastic and hungry for knowledge about all the world of mixology. I love to create homemade preparations and try to invent something new. Passionate about the history of every cocktail and the production of spirits as well.
I have learned a lot from all my working experiences during these years, and I’m always open to new opportunities in this field, since I believe there is constantly room for improvement and growth, and I think it’s important to set a goal and achieve it. Through these experiences I have acquired different skills, such as punctuality, respect, empathy, honesty and fairness towards costumers. I always strive to do my best and I’m only satisfied when I give the highest quality to the customer. Commitment, dedication and perseverance are the foundation from which I develop my career.
