The bartending world fascinated me from the beginning. During the alternation school-work, I worked in hotels and restaurants as commis and in a bar as a bartender. After attending the international course for bartender at the EBS in Milan, I have been a full time barlady for three years, also covering the role of bar manager in two venues in my city. I hope to grow a lot working in this sector and to travel to discover different techniques and cultures.
