I graduated as Bartender at the international school “EBS (European Bartender School)” of Milan (Italy) with a further attested qualification in “Advanced Mixology” and in “Advanced Bartender Techniques”. I also attended a “Tiki Cocktails Course” in Italy, a “Whiskey Tasting Course”, held directly in the Irish Jameson distillery (Dublin – Ireland), and I have recently got a “Certificate in Scotch Whisky” at EWA (Edinburgh Whisky Academy) approved by SQA (Scottish Qualifications Authority). I’m currently working as bartender mixologist at the prestigious Mez Bar of Andaz Prague Hotel (Czech Republic); a luxury five stars hotel by Hyatt. In 2021 I had the opportunity to completely manage the opening of a new bar in Korcula (Croatia) as bar manager and head bartender mixologist: from the choice of the equipment and the alcohol list, to the creation of a cocktail menu (calculating the drink costs and prices about the entire menu) with classical drinks and my own signature cocktails made with homemade ingredients. In the last few years, I have carried out the task of barman, barback and waiter in various European cities such as Lisbon (Portugal), Warsaw (Poland) and Brasov (Romania) specializing, additionally, in the relationship with customers and in the management of team work. Moreover, thanks to my managerial experience in the hospitality field (I’m the owner and director of guest house since over 6 years) I’m specialized in a customer care satisfaction fulfilment and all the other aspects connected to the hospitality field, tourism field and customer care in general I consider myself a dynamic person, hard worker reliable, curious and passionate about the job that I do.
