Hello, I'm Federica.

I am very dinamic, reliable and hardworking bartender and barista. I really like to work in teams and to talk with guests to prepare the best drinks for their taste.

In my experiences I learned a lot about drinks, spirits and homemade ingredients, working with a lot of differents techniques, i learned to make balanced cocktails, to always have a functional and clean workspace, to write a menù, to deal with suppliers and to store goods, to work in a team and always beeing on time, and most important to talk with guests to fully understand their tastes helping them enjoy their time.
