After I’ve stopped my engineer studies, working as a barman and clerk of a room in a ski station’s restaurant (for the winter and summer seasons) revealed I liked the restauration’s environment, with a special mention for the drinks’ service. Without cocktails experience, I decided to join EBS to learn faster but this experience was really more instructive than I’ve expected thanks to the Instructor, the bartenders we met, the alcohols&cocktails’ history.
