Hello, I'm Mélodya.
Organized and professional in the catering industry, I am a smiling, motivated and quick-learning person and love my work.
I studied in one of the best catering & hospitality school of France, I have learned to be versatile and able to work at several positions (bar and restaurant). The two years I spent in London have enabled me to learn properly the english language, and to learn how to work fast and under pressure. It is at the Hutong, a very well-known cocktail bar, that I discovered and became passionate about the bar industry. I have since worked in several towns in France (south of France, and now Strasbourg in the north). I’m professional & dynamic, I worked in 3 restaurant openings, challenges that allowed me to become a bar manager.
