Hello, I'm Aleah.
I am a keen, hardworking and friendly Londoner and a sucker for sweet cocktails. I am eager to enter the hospitality industry, particularly bartending.
Through EBS, I had work experience with the London Cocktail Club on Goodge Street. My role for the night was bar support. I learnt a lot about bartending and that experience really encouraged me to pursue bartending as a career. One of the key things I learnt was that my experience in playing steelpan with a large professional steel orchestra taught me how to be aware of my teammates and be able to support others while working on my own tasks. I believe that transferrable skill helped me get to grips with the work pace at LCC. I also had a lot of fun, which is just as important.
