Completed a four-week International Bartender Course with a high grade. This meant I was trained in teamwork, guest focus, drink mixing techniques whilst also practising stress management, accuracy and precision. Whilst there I gained a wide knowledge of spirits, beer and wine. I was examined on knowledge gained on the course in both a practical and theoretical manner. I have completed the Junior Leiths cookery course entailing an examination at the end. This included cooking a three-course meal along with serving everything with the correct etiquette. I further developed my skills in the kitchen by attending a senior cookery class at Benenden School.
