Hello, I'm Sebastian.

Just a very social, friendly and passionate guy from Germany. I put high value into customer satisfaction.I have always worked to improve myself.



My first working experience was as a climbing trainer, I loved instructing the people and children, leading courses and think about how to structure them so, that everyone would enjoy and improve at the same time. Of course i had to think about safety as well. that´s where i learned organizing events and structures costumer oriented. Then i discovered my passion for working in gastronomy environment,My company lent me to different events and restaurants, where i worked most of the time as a waiter, but also behind the bar or in the kitchen, sometimes even building up and organizing certain events. I worked there for about 2 years before the pandemic set an end to it. I learned so much in this time, from the basic rules of customer service, to being a good waiter, to making both customer and boss happy as well as dealing with boss and customer, even if they are not that easy to deal with. During the EBS course my passion grow to a burning flame of love and interest for Alkohol and bar-tending especially. I filled up my home bar and annoy my friends with my knowledge about alcohol all the time. (but the don´t mind because he get amazing cocktails from me) After the EBS i applied and started working at a bar as soon as i could, but it was over really soon as all the restaurants and bars closed down a few weeks later. (but i kept practicing at my home-bar) Because of that i found a job as a fundraiser where i talk to people every day and work with a new team every week in different cities away from home but still in Germany. Of course I have to be very communicative and giving people a good feeling. But I also have to fit in a new team very often. The good thing is, Almost every time, there is someone who loves a good cocktail (a lot). Here i definitely learned how to work with all kind of different people very closely. that´s a little summary of my experiences and what they teached me and how i can use theses skills for any job in a bar
