Hello, I'm Karoline.

A motivated, positive thinking, fast learning freshly graduated bartender who is eager to gather more knowledge and experience in the world of bartending.

I have previously worked in various cafès/ restaurants, at events (weddings, proms, balls) and have freelanced many times in an Event Hotel, where i have been able to gain experience in hospitality in general. Before I attended EBS I entered the world of bartending in form of working as a barback in a cuban-inspired cocktailbar which also specialised in rum and cigars. Seeing my colleagues create amazing looking and tasting drinks while entertaining and enjoying themselves made me want to learn bartending from the best and now i am thrilled by my newly learned skills and want to broaden my horizon and dive into a real bar.
