I've done some nights in a drink bar as a bartender/bar-back/runner in Rome, then I moved back to my city, where I began to work as a waiter (learning a new way to approach the environment) and bartender, based on the needs of the bar. I tend to understand the customer needs and fulfill their expectations. Positive, I like to influence the ambient by smiling and be friendly with everyone.
