I'm Luigi, I've been doing this job since I was 18, I've been able to gain more experience, from breakfasts to night club services.
in my experience, I was able to practice relating to the world of breakfasts so coffe and milk art. After i also doing some experience in the floor like a waiter, and after some time also in a help managment position. After all I preferred working whit cocktail, so my last experience is like a bartender, and in the last year i worked mainly in night clubs and catering services.
