Hello, I'm Julia.

Last year I have successfully completed the 4-week Course at EBS Kos, which provided me with knowledge of multiple cocktails, different spirits, beer, wine and even flair tricks. This experience has certainly overwhelmed me, as mixing cocktails, learning new skills, and engaging with many different people has brought me so much joy, satisfaction and pride. Before joining the EBS course I haven't had any previous experience bartending and unfortunately in this year I wasn't able to expand my bartending knowledge due to corona, as bars stayed closed in Germany. However, through multiple small jobs throughout my school time, I learned to be organised, carry responsibility, withstand stress and be flexible to adapt to unexpected changes. I discovered that I am enthusiastic about working together with team members and to interact with customers. I absolutely love traveling, connecting with others and acquiring new skills, as new experiences and opportunities encourage me to be more outgoing and confident about myself and my actions. Therefore, I would be very excited to use this opportunity to gain further insight into the job, to meet many new people, improve my techniques and develop as an individual.
