I am very fast to settle into a new environment and work with the resources given to me as well as create new ways to carry out a job. I am very versatile and responsible. I trained with EBS Kos for a month in summer of 2020 where I obtained a B (92.4%) grade diploma and a WFA yellow flair certificate. I have worked in hospitality since age 13, allowing me to develop many skills; such as how to interact with customers of any age, gender, ethnicity and help them feel comfortable in the environment as much as possible. I have worked and grown up in the hospitality industry, therefore, understand the reasons behind certain methods when serving a customer. I can be competitive when a situation calls for it, but I am also a good team leader and confident leading a group or presenting ideas. I am very hard working and really enjoy an environment where I am able to talk to guest and colleagues and create a different experience for each person who walks through the door. Highly skilled at beer pong and getting people involved in drinking games, Karaoke or trying something new. I am first aid trained and have a NPLQ, Alevel qualifications in 4 subjects. I have also played a variety of sports to a high level competing nationally in swimming and girls rugby. I also obtained a black belt in taekwondo at age 11.
