Hello, I'm maxime.
I am enthusiastic, a quick learner and attentive to guest satisfaction. Being energetic, smiling and aware of the well being of customers they will find more than a cocktail, they will discover a new way to have great time and relax.
I have always wanted to work in the world of hospitality but instead I did a Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance in Geneva, Switzerland, and started working in online banking in a Swiss bank. I worked for over three years in the banking domain before finally deciding to radically change track by enrolling in the Vatel School of Hotel and Management in Nimes, France, where I am currently finalizing my MBA in hospitality and management. I will present my thesis in January 2021. Following my short experience as a bartender at Le Palace de Menthon in Annecy during the summer 2019, I realized I wanted to start to work in bar tendering. I decided to take the EBS course in Barcelona in July 2020 and I am now looking to put those skills into practice. Arnold Schwarwenegger said “Strength does not come from winning, your struggles develop your strength”. His words define my way of seeing life and I am now on the path towards obtaining my goal.
