Hello, I'm Alex.
I am Alex Kool and I am a compassionate, social and dedicated bartender. My specialities lie in rum and tropical cocktails. From Amsterdam to Barcelona, I often succeed in brightening someone's day or night out.
I once started as a barback in a quality focused bar. Through my dedication I started picking up fast on what it takes to be a bartender and craft great drinks. After 1 year and a half in a sky bar in Amsterdam I did my EBS course with much joy. After that I worked as a cocktailbartender in a high volume bar in the center of Amsterdam where I learned pushing the pace while maintaining quality. Unfortunately I have not been able to get a lot of bartending experience after EBS because of COVID, but I keep learning new recipes and update my knowledge on spirits. Even though I am not the most expierenced, I am surely motivated and I like a challenge!
