Hi I'm Edouard, an ambitious french bartender who is only focused on working and learning new skills in bartending.
I worked 6 years as a manager in a restaurant and 2 years as a head bartender in a cocktail bar / nightclub and 4 years as headbartender in cocktail bar (4 differents) This experience teached me how to manage a team, to handle the pressure and to create a good relationship with my workmates. When i worked as a barman, I learned to be creative and adapt myself quickly to all situations. I also achieved yellow level at the WFA.
