I am bartender since 3 years now. Everything started in Spain where I did the EBS course in Barcelona. Few months later I start as cocktail bartender in a gastro bar in Spain with a few 50 cocktails on the menu. Came back to my country (Belgium) and worked at the Radisson Collection Grand Place 5* where I was cocktail bartender as well then learned a bit more about stocking/ordering, whisky’s and wines. Then arrived in Australia and worked at the Hilton Sydney 5* as cocktail bartender. Lots of responsibilities, loved that! After my australian visa ended I came back to Belgium and did pre opening/opening bartender of the new Hoxton in Brussels. I would like now to settle down and level up by staying a few years in a same company and reaching my goals in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, cocktail bar or anything that would suit our both personalities. I really want to improve my skills as bartender by working in those environment, where I always feel like putting myself on another level.
