I am a well organised, precise and adaptable person. Good skills in customer care, time and workload management, problem solving and teamwork.
After graduation I started studying at University but after one year, in 2009, I suspended my studies to start working as a Flight Attendant. In 2020 I decided to attend the "4weeks International Bartender School" and the "2days Mixology Course" at EBS Milan. I have no previous experience for the role, but in my overall ten years experience as a Cabin Attendant I have improved my skills in customer care, time and workload management and I got used to teamwork and to flexible shifts. In May 2021 I moved to Lisbon for a 6 months experience as a Customer Care Representative and that improved my soft skills. In November 2021 I relocated to Riga where I restarted my career in aviation. I am a well organised, customer oriented, precise and adaptable person and I'm looking for a new experience in a dynamic working environment.
