Hey! My name is Michael Human but I'm pretty sure you already know that after seeing my name on my profile. I just wanted to personally introduce myself. I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa. I'm young and eager to work wherever, whenever making delicious cocktails and serving customers with warm smiles and inviting energy. Born in 2001, still young and full energy, didn't know what I wanted to do with myself after I finished high school. I saw an ad on Instagram one day about the EBS bartending school and was intrigued by the idea of cocktail making and providing people with a great time. The experience I have is from the 4 week course I did in middle 2020. From those 4 weeks I've gained a lot of knowledge and love for the industry as well as respect for bartenders. During that time I've spoken to so many bartenders in Cape Town and gained insightful knowledge of the industry. As for work ethic when I was in my last year of High School I worked for my dad installing camera systems, CCTV. I'm a hard worker and fast learner for picking up new recipes and techniques. I have an interest in the flair scene and hope to go further with that.
