My name is Edu and I am 25 years old. I am a social, friendly and hard-working guy who likes to spread positive energy. I am open-minded, responsible, and ambitious. Creating, selling, and serving quality cocktails is my biggest passion.
After my study Tourism and hotel management, I have been working in Bali and the Netherlands for 2,5 years to achieve a wider vision of the sector and become more experienced in the working field. In the Netherlands I have been working for almost 2 years as a bar manager. As a bar manager, one of the main requirements is to be able to analyze and understand the customer profile and to sell a quality product that customers will not forget. With more than five years of experience in the hospitality sector, I have developed a strong repertoire of successful social skills and sales techniques.
