Hello, I'm Joel.
Hard working bartender with a passion for drinks, food and service.
I´ve been in the restaurant world for almost all my working life. Been through all kinds of jobs. From Runner to Head Bartender and I like working in all of those positions. Started when i was 16 when I got my first job at a hotel as a runner. Later as I worked I looked into the bar and I started to like the work behind the bar. So I became a bar back for a while. Moving on I left the hotel and moved on to try something else for a bit. Went to work at a sushi place with focus on drinks and theme of the place. Started as Runner here then worked myself up to waiter/bartender. Learned alot of things here that I still carry with me on. And now to the present. During the pandemic I got my first job as head bartender at a hotel. Here is where I learned alot of not only making good drinks, but also what goes into having and maintaining a good bar. Unfortunately during the later part of the pandemic the hotel got shutdown. I think im ready for any kind of challenge that comes my way. Always ready and hungry for something new and always happy to learn new things on the way.
