My signature thing is laughing at everything (life is too short to be miserable at work) and my bartending gift is being overly polite and friendly to rude customers.
I have over a years worth of cocktail bartending experience. I’ve started working a year and a half in a fast paced bar (Opera) in Berlin, Germany where I've learned the foundations of the trade. Than I’ve been one year in Amsterdam, Holland improving my abilities working as bartender in a luxury lebanese restaurant (Fenice) and secondly for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger CocktailBar (PVH Europe) which I left to come to work as bartender for one of the most famous restaurant (Fratelli Paradiso) in Sydney, Australia
