

Hello, I'm Lars.
With a lot of experience in restaurants, in service and working behind the bar the restaurant and bar industry is not something new for me. Now after finishing EBS I want to get my career started and develop myself as a bartender.
I have worked in 5 different restaurants at which I have been involved with, serving guests, doing the dishes, helping in the kitchen and making simple drinks. secondly, I have worked for many different caterers in the Netherlands and during festivals. At the moment, I am working at the Post PLaza hotel in the Netherlands as the head bartender.
