Hello, I'm Lars.
With over 3 years of worldwide experience in different bars and more than 6 years of experience in hospitality, I want to continue improving myself as a cocktail focussed bartender.
from 2021 to early 2022 I took charge of the bar at the Post Plaza hotel in the Netherlands. Since April 2022 I started working abroad in cocktail bars in Australia. I have worked at the Zephyr rooftop bar, The swinging cat and the Hickson House distillery as well as the Kilburn in Melbourne and I am now looking for new experiences in New Zealand. At the end of March 2023 I started working at the Hilton hotel in Auckland, New Zealand until the end of November 2023.
