Ambitious, hardworking, optimistic and self disciplined young lad from Norway! Trying to make my way up the hospitality industry with a positive attitude, a cocktail and a warming smile!
As someone who has worked in the food service industry and retail for a couple of years, I have hardly had any experience behind the bar or in the hospitality industry, but it is something I really want to work my way into as I have found my new passion, bartending. In my four years of working in take-away and catering, and one year in retail, I have been taught similar important principles to working in the bar industry and that is the importance of quality customer service, cost control, consistency in products, time management, teamwork and, to create a safe and respectful environment for the customers and co-workers. By learning all of these principles I have developed traits such as being consistent and hardworking, reliable, cooperative and how to handle food and beverages in a proper way. I also have experience working as a waiter in weddings, where I helped prepare and serve alcoholic beverages and meals.
