I am Head Bartender with 4 years of experience in prestigious and demanding establishments in France, Asia and the Caribbean and Canada. It is in these places that I was able to learn my trade but above all develop a real passion around cocktails, wines and spirits. My skills, my seriousness and my autonomy quickly took me beyond the remit of a bartender: I develop new original cocktail menus, I advise customers on the choice of a drink as well as the Chef when it is necessary to embellish a new menu, I manage stocks, supplier orders as well as cost prices. My kindness and my sense of communication allow me to work without any problem within teams or to communicate with customers, but it also allows me to establish a relationship with local producers and traders to forge working relationships and privileged collaborations. I am looking for a dynamic establishment where I will be able to implement my human, technical and managerial skills and where I will be able to further develop my talents such as in mixology and oenology.
