I'm 21, I'm always full of happiness and laughter and I love a good pint of Guinness!
I have great customer service skills, given that I've always worked in places where I am a customers first point of contact when they enter the premise. Thankfully, given that I've work in many pubs and bars, I have quite a grasp on spirits, beers and liqueurs and can easily apply my knowledge of them in many places that are similar. Having exposure to cocktail making for most of my jobs has allowed me to work with a few independent businesses to create cocktail menus for them when they hold events.
