Hello, I'm Javier.

The world of cocktails is my passion, I believe that making cocktails is an art, that's why I like to be creative and work with aesthetics, always looking for new essences and aromas to captivate the client.



I started in a cafeteria in 2015 as a waiter and at the same time preparing different varieties of coffee such as carajillos, cappuccinos among others. In 2017 it was my start as a bartender, I was hired for my experience and communication with clients in a bar - restaurant where I made all the traditional Cuban cocktails as well as internal ones. In May 2018, the PALMARES non-hotel group hired me at BARCLUB LA JUNGLA as a bartender, the company gave me the opportunity to participate in cocktail events where in October of the same year I obtained 1st place in the company's provincial FORUM, in January 2019 I participated in another event that gave me the pass for the VARADERO GOURMET qualifying round. In February I was awarded the recognition as BEST WORKER OF THE YEAR 2018. I belong to the ASSOCIATION OF BARTENDERS OF CUBA. In January 2020 I passed the course at EBS in Madrid obtaining four International Bartender, Barista, Mixologist titles and in flair I achieved the yellow category. Being detained by the pandemic in 2022, I participated in the International Tourism Fair in Varadero Cuba, in addition to the Sergio Caballero Cocktail Bar event in April of this year, I obtained 1st place and thanks to that award it allowed me to participate in the national championship of Cuban bartender. Right now I came here to the United States of America to demonstrate what I am capable of achieving, what the effort, dedication and desire to succeed that I have could help you achieve what you want in your bar business.
