In 2018 winters i worked as a waiter in a 3 star hotel in BEST Hotel Annecy, France. And now I'm working as a bartender/waiter in a standalone property In India. It's a oriental kitchen mainly focused on Thai, Japanese and Cantonese cuisine. My job is to make cocktails,syrups,cordials, shrubs, setting up the bar, giving the opening stock and working as a team leader. Etc.
