Hello, I'm Gabriel.
"Described as connective, supportive, and ambitious, I embarked on my bartending journey five years ago. Each experience gathered along this path shapes my expertise, driving me collectively with inspiration."
I used to be a Circus Independent Artist for living and working as waiter for some extra income. In the end I found a really fun environment with a huge spectacle sense that I'd never imagine to find in this industry. I decided to focus in the bartender career and here I am. I've been mastering my language skills towards becoming a polyglot, investigating flavours combinations and possibilities inside mixology and growing as a host to offer the best experience to my guests. Here's a fun fact about me: I once taught circus skills and eventually became an EBS Instructor. To me, witnessing others' growth is not just about their progress but also my own; after all, we're all navigating this journey together. I'm always eager to learn and stay up-to-date. Things change fast in our industry and the world, so I aim to keep growing to stay ahead of the game.
