Hello, I'm Gabriel.
Before moving to europe I did a graduation in Social Sciences and worked as independent circus artist most of my life. By starting to work as bartender and having an italian citizenship made me come here.
Passionate bartender with a self-taught background and international experience in the hospitality industry. Known for a positivity atitude, strong sense of hospitality, attention to detail and a team-first mindset. I bring efficiency, and a love for guest experience to every shift. Outside of work, I stay active through fitness and different movement hobbies gathering energy and inspiration to everything I do. I've worked as bartender in six diferent countries using six diferent languages. The fun fact is that Im not fluent in all of them, bartending makes me be !
