From my past experiences working with a world-renowned chain restaurant and bar Trader Vic's- Home of Original "Mai-Tai" for a year, I build up my confidence working in a rush and busy environment with diversified co-workers from different nations. I enjoyed working there, my manager who spent almost a decade in the bar industry, also innovate new cocktails and ideas in the bar, which helps me in the growth of my knowledge in this industry.
