I'm a joyful French bartender who are always trying to improve his skills and knowledges through testing and experiencing. I'm always searching for ingredients and recipes that I don't know.
I'm joyful during the service I do not let my feelings and personal life get into my work. I worked as a wine waiter in France so I know french wines and how to pair them. I never worked as a bartender but it is a dream since my childhood. Due to the fact that creating cocktails is a passion I'll always pay attention to the demands and advices that a superior could gave me.
