Smilling and enthusiastic French Bartender, with a deep knowledge of spirits and a lot of stories to tell.
I'm a globe trotter who loves to work in multicultural environment. I'm also a seasonnal worker and I can adapt myself easily to different type of bar. I've learned a lot with EBS and had the chance to work in Thailand, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway and Spain. From fine dining restaurants to circus theme bar and 4* hotel, I enjoy working in different kind of places and I found myself a passion in mixology. I had the chance to create my own signature cocktail menu and do a whole new bar set up in the hotel where I was working in Switzerland.
