

Hello, I'm Aldo.
I am a fast learner, very creative and incredibly hard working. I have a hunger to gain more knowledge and experience while also being a good team player. I am well travelled and am always looking for new adventures.
I started working as a waiter when I was 16 and I’ve always tried to find new jobs untill I found my way in the Bar culture. My first experience in a bar was as a bar back in a nice American cocktail bar in my hometown, where after a year I was promoted to bartender. When I left that place i was hired as head bartender in one of the most fancy and appreciate structure in Positano, it has 4 levels: Riva Bar ( my first job place ), outside cocktail bar near to the sea, Music On The Rocks, one of most famous disco clubs where I worked on call sometimes, Rada Restaurant, my second job place, a fantastic restaurant with a stunning view of Positano, and Fly Lounge Bar, the rooftop mixology bar located at the third floor. During those years in this structure I learned all the skills that a professional bartender needs to have: set up bar station, prepare homemade syrups and fresh juices, create cocktail lists, make international and signature cocktails, check bottles and replace them, stock rotation, serve wine, clean bar station, take care of payments, cashing up, take care of the staff, divide tips, order and ordered stock, stock take on beverages and bar equipments. But the most important thing I earned from these experiences is the continuous improvement mindset, that i hope will take me to the highest level.
