Very friendly, hard working, fast learner who is looking to become a bartender. I'm Irish so I am naturally very hospitable and am always looking to get better and broaden my knowledge.
For the last year, I helped open and worked in a fast paced and lively hotel bar in Dublin. I worked as a waiter for 6 months and was then promoted to one of the floor supervisors which meant I would assign sections and breaks to the floor team on busy nights. Our bar went on to win multiple awards in the Irish Craft Cocktail Awards this December. I have covered some breaks behind the bar and now have knowledge of specs of over 72 classic cocktails.
