working in busy italian restaurants (both in the kitchen and behind the bar) gave me the opportunity to learn working under pressure. i sharpened my technique and update my knowledge since i moved here in amsterdam where i found amazing bars and bartenders who i've been able to speak with and after joining the ebs course.
